I work mostly with Photoshop 7 and CS3, though I plan to branch out into Painter. I also work
a bit with watercolors and pencils... something I'd like to mess with a bit more than I do. I'm completely
self taught in everything I do.
My subject is often a bit theatrical, because I like to add more color and light than there would be on the topic. Therefor, I suppose I could be classified
as a "fantasy" artist, though I strive for realism. I have tried to tone it down a bit and do simpler or abstract art, but it simply isn't for me.
I've shown my art at a few conventions and local art fares, but I haven't gotten much attention than what can be found in my own "scene." I've had my
art published on a CD cover, and for a local production company, and though I do look for bigger and better opportunities, my main focus is learning how to use
my art and current abilities become adept in whatever field of art I fall into, primarily Graphic Design.
I am currently attending Central Piedmont Community College for an Associate's of Fine Arts; I plan to transfer to
the University of North Carolina (at Charlotte) for a Bachelore's in Graphic Design.
